Elementary, Middle, and High School Scout Programs

Louisburg United Methodist Church provides space for Scouting groups to meet as a part of our outreach ministry.

Cub and Boy Scouts

Cub Scout Pack 510 meets every Monday at 7:  in the Fellowship Hall except for Holidays and when school does not meet. Cub Scouts is for all youth ages 5-11,  Kindergarten to 5th grade.

Boy Scout Troop 555 meets every Monday at 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall except for Holidays and  when school doesn’t meet. Boy Scouts is for all boys ages 11-18, grades 5-12.

Girl Scouts

Girl Scout Troop 508 - Meets every Wednesday, 6:30-8 pm in the Church Fellowship Hall and is made-up of all six scouting groups:

  • Daisies - Kindergarten, 1st Grade
  • Brownies - 2nd and 3rd Grades
  • Juniors - 4th and 5th Grades
  • Cadettes - 6th, 7th, and 8th Grades
  • Seniors - 9th and 10th Grades
  • Ambassadors - 11th and 12th Grades

The troop's focus is to develop leadership among the girls at all age groups and engage in  community service as grow. Girls throughout the county are welcomed to participate.
